At Eastmont Towers, a Continuing Care Retirement Community, we understand that you may have countless questions about senior living and the choices available to you. We also understand how important it is to have all the information needed to make the best decision. As you consider starting your next chapter, we hope you will include us in the discussion. Download our brochure or visit our Living Options page for more information.
What is a CCRC?
A CCRC is a Continuing Care Retirement Community. These communities provide independent living, assisted living, long term services and support, and skilled nursing care on the same campus. If your needs increase, our CCRC provides you a smooth transition with convenient access to higher levels of personalized care.
In every stage of life, planning is important. When you select a CCRC, you protect your loved ones from having to make important decisions under stressful circumstances.
At Eastmont we recognize that your goals for the future are unique and that making the decision to move to a retirement community is not an easy one.
